A group of University of Cincinnati Bearcat fans are set to take to the road for the Belk Bowl.

CINCINNATI -- A group of University of Cincinnati Bearcat fans are set to take to the road for the Belk Bowl .
The group of UC fans will board a bus bound for Charlotte, N.C., provided by Provident Travel at 7 a.m. from Harper’s Station on Montgomery Road in Mason.
The Bearcats will take on the University of North Carolina Tar Heels on Saturday.
Kickoff is at 3:20 p.m. and the game will be broadcast on ESPN.
It’s the second year in a row that the Bearcats have gone to the Belk Bowl. Last year they topped Duke 48-34.
Multi-Grammy nominee and CMA Entertainer of the Year Blake Shelton will serve as the featured act at the 2013 Belk Bowl FanFest, taking place outside the stadium before the game. The Belk Bowl FanFest is free to the public and will begin at 11 a.m., with Shelton scheduled to begin his performance at 1:30 p.m.
UC closed out the regular season with a 9-3 record, and a 6-2 mark in American Athletic Conference play.
