4-year-old dead after crash in Goshen, State Highway Patrol says

GOSHEN TOWNSHIP, Ohio -- A 4-year-old girl died at the hospital after a serious crash in Goshen, according to Ohio State Highway Patrol. 

Aliyah Miracle, 4, was in a car driven by 24-year-old Vivian Miracle, OSP said. Vivian Miracle was traveling on Fay Road, west of state route 48, when crashed into a tree off the right side of the roadway around 5:05 p.m. Monday.

Vivian Miracle, of Goshen, was seriously hurt in the crash and needed to be removed from the car using the jaws of life. State police said she was taken to Bethesda North with "incapacitating injuries."

Aliyah Miracle was pronounced dead at Bethesda North Hospital.

State police said the driver and the girl were wearing safety restraints at the time of the crash.

Police haven't confirmed the girl and driver's relationship.
