HAMERSVILLE, Ohio -- Two people have confessed to stealing $7,300 worth of items including a trailer from a Brown County property.
Brian Wolke and Chasity Duerk were each charged Friday with one count of fifth-degree breaking and entering and one count of fourth-degree theft.
The charges stem from a May 1 incident in the Hamersville, Ohio area, according to Brown County Sheriff Dwayne Wenninger. Although he didn't provide many details about the situation, the sheriff reported in a release Friday that the stolen items are valued at $7,325.
The report also indicates that some time after the incident the suspects were arrested and later confessed to committing the crimes, according to Wenninger.
No other details about the suspects or their arrest are available.
Both Suspects are being held at the Clermont County Detention Center on Clermont County charges. They will be transferred to Brown County Detention Center at a later date.
