BETHEL, Ohio -- Police say three horses were killed early Thursday morning in Bethel after a vehicle collided with them on a roadway.

Clermont County police said the horses were wandering on the highway when they were struck around 4 a.m. in the 2700 block of State Route 125.

One horse was killed immediately and horse owners made the decision to euthanize the two injured horses.
