Climie has been sentenced to two years probation and will pay a fine.
In November, Climie had told officers someone stole her phone from her home. She told investigators her phone had nude photos that she only sent to her husband.
Earlier that week several nude photos of Climie were found on a revenge porn website. She resigned from the CHCA later that week.
Investigators said that despite Climie and her husband’s claims, they later determined that she sent at least one photo to someone other than her husband.
Police said Climie admitted to lying to investigators about the incident and said her phone was never stolen.
