MONROE, Ohio -- In the small town of Monroe, two families have gone from strangers to friends, both spending Thanksgiving in the hospital.
Madison Smallwood and Dominic Watkins were both diagnosed with the same type of cancer within a month of one another.
Now, the Monroe community has rallied behind these two local kids, doing all they can to help make their holidays bright, even under tough circumstances.
