Workers were replacing the roof at Darrtown United Methodist Church on Walnut Street in Milford Township.

Emergency crews were called to the church shortly before 8 a.m.

One went to a local hospital by medical helicopter, and the other went to McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital, sheriff's spokeswoman Melissa Gerhardt told the Journal-News.
