BATAVIA, Ohio -- An Amelia man behind the wheel of a Jeep is accused of hitting and killing a former Ben-Gal in Withamsville.
A prosecutor said Tuesday that Saif Iqbalof hit Julie Piliaris in a crosswalk on Ohio Pike in December, 2013. He stopped for a moment, but then drove away from the scene and turned himself in three hours later.

A Clermont County Grand Jury accused Iqbalof of failing to stop after the incident.
