COVINGTON, Ky. - A Kenton County Judge has determined the man last seen with amissing Covington teen mom violated his parole.

At Wednesday's hearing, the judge determined Jacob Bumpass madeat least two violations, use of a controlled substance (marijuana)and use of alcohol.

The judge will send her recommendation to the parole board inFrankfort.

The parole board will then set a separate hearing to determinewhether to revoke Bumpass' parole.

"Today, probation and parole called witnesses to substantiatethe claims. The administrative law judge found probable cause andis going to waive it on to the parole revocation hearing," saidTodd Henson from the Kentucky Department of Corrections.

Bumpass was the last person seen with Paige Johnson, 17, beforeher disappearance September 23, 2010.

Bumpass has not been charged in that case.
