Trial date set in N.Ky. murder case

BURLINGTON, Ky. - David Dooley was back in a Northern Kentucky courtroom Wednesday morning so the judge could review three motions involved in the case against him in the death of Michelle Mockbee.

Mockbee was found dead at Thermo-Fischer Scientific in May of 2012 where she and Dooley both worked.

Wednesday in court Dooley's attorney filed a motion to bring a photographer to Thermo-Fischer for an on-site evaluation.

The Commonwealth's Attorney also filed a motion to restrict the information being made public. Both parties will return to court Feb. 12 to address the motion from the Commonwealth.
