CINCINNATI - A man jailed since 2012 for his connection to a murder in East Price Hill is scheduled to appear in a Hamilton County courtroom Monday to begin his trial.
Police were called on April 8, 2012 after reports of a shooting victim in the 3400 block of Osage Avenue.
Grover Watson, Jr., 47, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Members of the Southwest Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team and District Three police arrested Tyrelle Webster, 28, hours after the shooting.
Webster faces murder and weapons charges and has been held on a $1 million bond since his arrest.
He is scheduled to appear in court at 9:30 a.m.
