CINCINNATI -- Four men accused in a Madisonville homicide will go on trial Tuesday.
Police said Darryl Mosley, Michael Rudd, Cornell Lipscomb and Kenny Gunn gunned down 21-year-old Rodney Smith in July 2013.
Investigators said the victim was sitting in his car outside of a Marathon gas station off of Red Bank Road.
The quartet was tracked down by police in February and were later indicted by a grand jury.
The men face murder and robbery charges. Their trial starts Tuesday morning.
