CINCINNATI -- Police have released a sketch of a man they believe may be involved in a homicide on West Court Street.
The shooting happened on Aug. 1 in the 700 block of West Court Street.

Officers said 36-year-old Ceron Lipscomb died two days after being shot in the head.
Police said the suspect depicted in the sketch is a skinny black man between 5 feet 9 inches tall and 5 feet 11 inches tall. He is believed to frequent the City West neighborhood.
