Police on Tuesday arrested Amber Bardoff, 31, after she tried to solicit an officer to pay her $20 for oral sex.
Bardoff was convicted of the same crime in 2011, according to court records.
Bardoff faces charges including soliciting after positive HIV test and loitering to engage in solicitation after positive HIV test.
She is scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
