CINCINNATI -- Withrow High School was evacuated Thursday and an 18-year-old is now charged with inducing panic and assault.
Police arrested Kevin Casey after they say he initiated the evacuation of Withrow High School by purposefully reporting a false fire alarm.
Investigators say after school dismissal, Casey got on a Metro bus and began punching a victim with several other people, which caused many riders to get off the bus.
Casey faces one count of assault and one count of inducing panic in a Hamilton County courtroom at 12:30 p.m.
