Police seek man accused in shooting; victim was dropping off daughter

CINCINNATI -- Police are looking for a man who they said shot a person who was dropping of a child.

The victim was attempting to drop off his child at the girl's grandmother's house in the 800 block of Findlay Street in the West End at about 12:30 p.m. Thursday when Khalid Williams, 39, shot him three times with a 9 mm handgun, police said in a news release.

Williams is 5'10" and 200 pounds. Police said he was driving a silver Chevy Impala with tinted windows and Ohio license plate GRW7660. 

Police said they consider Williams "armed and dangerous."
