CINCINNATI -- A woman accused of attempting to use drugs while driving a vehicle with a child inside of it is scheduled for arraignment Wednesday morning in a Hamilton County courtroom.
Police say Julie Fenhoff, 33, attempted to inject heroin into her arm while her 3-year-old son was in the back seat of the vehicle she was driving.
Fenhoff was arrested on May 21 and faces drug and child endangerment charges.
She is scheduled to appear in court at 9:30 a.m.
