CINCINNATI -- Police arrested a man Monday who is accused of stealing someone's identity and using it to get a job at Little Caesars.

James Romans, 43, of Mason, used another man's name, date of birth and social security number to get the job at one of the chain pizza restaurant's locations in 2015, police said in court records.

Using the stolen identity, Romans filed 2015 income taxes and collected a tax return, according to police.

Romans was charged with identity fraud. Records indicated he was also facing an OVI charge.

He was being held in the Hamilton County Justice Center.
