CINCINNATI -- Two men are in police custody, accused in a Red Bank Road homicide.
Officers said Michael Rudd and Darryl Mosley are among four men accused in the death of 21-year-old Rodney Smith.
Smith was shot on July 6, 2013 in the 4200 block of Red Bank Road. He later died at a hospital.

Mosley was arrested on Feb. 19, 2014 in connection with the case. Eight days later, a Hamilton County Grand Jury indicted Mosley, Kenny Gunn, Michael Rudd and Cornell Wilson-Lipscomb Jr. in Smith’s death.
The group was indicted on charges of murder, aggravated murder, aggravated robbery and other more.
The Cincinnati Police Fugitive Squad arrested Rudd on Monday. The team arrested Wilson-Lipscomb Jr. on Wednesday.
Officers said no other subjects were wanted in connection with the case at this time.
