CINCINNATI -- A Dayton, Ohio man accused of raping a Cincinnati 5-year-old was indicted Tuesday on two counts of rape and one count of gross sexual imposition.
Police say Adam Bowers, Jr., 22, raped the child on Sept. 16, 2010 at a home in the 6600 block of Main Street.
His bond was set at $15,000.
