SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP — Fifty-three-year-old John Harvey Johnson was arrested and charged with sexually assaulting an impaired minor early Wednesday morning, court documents reveal.
A court affidavit states Johnson knowingly had “sexual conduct with the impaired juvenile victim” around Sept. 1. A warrant for his arrest on a rape charge was issued Oct. 27.
Court documents state the victim’s “ability to resist or consent was substantially impaired because of a mental or physical condition.”
Johnson was booked into the Hamilton County Justice Center around 1 a.m. Wednesday.
