FRANKLIN, Ohio -- A man stabbed another man to death inside a Rooks Lane home Sunday evening, Franklin police said.
Chief Russ Whitman said police and fire personnel found the victim, 52-year-old Terrance Hall Jr., dead on arrival at about 9 p.m. A woman and a small child were able to escape unharmed.
Police saw a man leaving the home, and they took him into custody, Whitman said.
Robert Adam White, 39, was booked into the Warren County Jail on a preliminary charge of murder. White, of Franklin, was given a $500,000 bond. He's scheduled for an arraignment hearing at 3 p.m. Tuesday.
