CINCINNATI — Twenty-six-year-old Michael Harris was arrested Sunday and charged with two counts of aggravated robbery and one count each of extortion and intimidation, according to court documents.

Court documents state Harris threatened to shoot a victim on Saturday if he didn’t give Harris his prescriptions for Xanax, Suboxone and Klonopin.

The complaint says Harris began removing items from the victim’s car. When challenged by the victim, Harris removed a black Ruger-style revolver from his waistband, pointed it at the victim and stated, “Move, and I’ll shoot you.”

Police say Harris then took the victim’s vehicle registration, prescriptions, work boots, coat and sneakers. At that point, the court documents state Harris pointed the gun in the victim’s face and said, “Give me everything, or I’ll shoot you.”

The victim said he gave Harris $300 cash.

Harris will appear in court Monday morning.
