SPRINGDALE, Ohio -- A Springdale man who faces rape and other charges involving a minor is scheduled to appear in Hamilton County Municipal Court Thursday morning 9 a.m.
Lavelle Ausberry Jr. allegedly broke into a vacant building in Forest Park on June 26, gave a 12-year-old girl marijuana and then engaged in sexual activities with her, including oral sex and intercourse, according to Cincinnati police officer J. Carnine.
Ausberry, who was 21 years old at the time of the incident, was charged with rape, breaking and entering and corrupting another person with drugs.
No further information was immediately available.
