CINCINNATI -- A suspect in an Eighth Street shooting is scheduled to appear before a judge on Wednesday.
Court officials said Mark Hinkston will be arraigned at 9 a.m. in connection with the shooting of 19-year-old Malcolm Graham.
The shooting happened on Aug. 20 in the 4400 block of West Eighth Street, police said.
Graham is expected to recover.
No other details have been released.
