CINCINNATI -- Samuel Harris, 27, of Cincinnati has been charged with sexual imposition and two theft charges after police say he brushed his face against a juvenile girl’s breasts on the University of Cincinnati campus.

The incident happened around 4:15 p.m. Saturday near UC's College-Conservatory of Music, according to a safety alert sent out by UC Saturday night. Harris was arrested Monday.

Court documents show that Harris claims he “spoke friendly” and complimented the victim’s physical appearance. He also said he “politely gave her a hug and my head touched her breast.”

Harris is also charged with stealing $248 of merchandise from the University of Cincinnati Bookstore. Court documents state he entered the shop Saturday and left with socks, flip flips, a sweatshirt, sweatpants, a scarf and hat, making no attempt to pay for the items.

He returned to the bookstore Monday and took four thumb drives, a CD-R disc and a winter hat without paying, according to court documents.

Harris was also arrested on UC's campus earlier this year and charged with trespassing, and has also been kicked off Cincinnati State's campus, according to court records.
