CINCINNATI -- Four men have been indicted in connection with a July 2013 homicide.
Darryl Mosley, Michael Rudd, Cornell Lipscomb and Kenny Israel Gunn are accused of causing the death of 21-year-old Rodney Smith.
Police said the shooting happened in the 4200 block of Red Bank Road during a robbery attempt. Smith was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center but doctors were unable to save him.
The four men each face charges of aggravated murder, aggravated robbery and murder.
Mosley, Rudd and Gunn also faces charges of weapon under disability.
The next hearing the case has been scheduled for March 3.
