CINCINNATI -- A Northern Kentucky man who admitted to stealing toys from charity will spend the next five years performing community service.
Court officials said Monday that Jesse Simpson, 27, of Covington, Ky., was sentenced to five years community control.
Simpson had pleaded guilty earlier to three charges stemming from a Christmas Eve break-in at a Toys for Tots warehouse in Cincinnati.
