Man charged in 2003 homicide due in court
CINCINNATI -- A man accused of killing a local woman more than a decade ago is scheduled to appear in a Hamilton County courtroom Tuesday to either enter a plea or set a date for trial.
Jessie Collins, 40, is charged in connection to the death of Nakia Mapp.
Mapp was killed on Jan. 12, 2003, according to court documents. Collins is charged with murder, abuse of a corpse, tampering with evidence and felonious assault.
He is expected to appear in court at 9 a.m.
