Police: Former employee stole more than $4K from The Audi Connection

MONTGOMERY, Ohio -- Police say a former employee stole nearly $4,500 from The Audi Connection in Montgomery and she is scheduled to face a judge Wednesday for arraignment.

Christy Denny, 37, took a total of $4,445.28 from the dealership on April 24, 2014, according to court documents.

Investigators say she destroyed invoice documents for work that had been completed on three vehicles and stole the cash for those repairs to use for personal expenses.

She is charged with one count of theft and is scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m.

Stepfather to be sentenced in deadly Loveland stabbing case

LOVELAND, Ohio -- A man will be sentenced Wednesday in the death of his stepson.

John Cainion, 50,  pleaded guilty earlier to fatally stabbing his stepson in a Loveland apartment complex in Dec. 2013.

Police said Cody Sullivan was taken to Bethesda North Hospital but did not survive.

Cainion pleaded guilty to two counts of voluntary manslaughter. He faces up to 22 years in prison.

Delhi Township man charged after incident with 10-year-old girl

CINCINNATI -- A Delhi Township man who admitted to kissing a 10-year-old girl was arrested Tuesday.

Police say Anthony McDonald, 30, had sexual contact with the girl on June 7 in a tent in his backyard.

McDonald kissed her neck, licked her ear, said she was sexy and that he knew she liked it, according to investigators.

The victim was able to escape McDonald's grasp and ran to a neighbor's house for help.

McDonald chased her but fell to the ground.

McDonald admitted the incident when questioned by police, according to court documents.

He was charged with one count of gross sexual imposition and is scheduled to appear in a Hamilton County courtroom Wednesday for arraignment.
