Woman police say was drunk on Metro with daughter to begin trial
CINCINNATI -- A mother accused of drunkenly passing out on a Metro bus while riding with her 5-year-old daughter is scheduled to appear in a Hamilton County courtroom Thursday to begin trial.
Tiffany Robinson, 30, of Westwood, is charged with one count of endangering children and one count of disorderly conduct after the May 5 incident.
Police say Robinson was unresponsive on the bus until a medical team responded to the scene.

This is not the first time Robinson has had similar charges brought against her. In January 2013, courts records show social services investigated a similar case when police say they found her intoxicated with the same child on another bus.
Robinson will also face one count of criminal damaging and one count of disorderly conduct at her trial Thursday which stems from a February incident where she is accused of throwing a beer can at a neighbor.
She is expected to appear in court at 9 a.m.
Man charged after garbage truck driver finds body in Walnut Hills due in court
CINCINNATI -- A homicide suspect in connection to a body found by a garbage truck driver on a Walnut Hills street in June is scheduled to appear in a Hamilton County courtroom Thursday for arraignment.
Quamar Edwards, 25, is charged with one count of murder after the shooting death of 28-year-old Deandre Edwards that occurred on June 26.
A sanitation worker found Deandre Edwards' body at 680 Tuxedo Place about 8:10 a.m.
Police say the two were not related.
He is expected it court at 9 a.m.
Man charged with giving juvenile marijuana, rape
SPRINGDALE, Ohio -- Police say a 21-year-old man gave a juvenile girl marijuana before raping her twice in early June.
Lavelle Ausberry is charged with two counts of rape, one count of breaking and entering and one count of corruption with drugs after the alleged June 2 incident.
Police say Ausberry broke into a vacant residence in the 1200 block of Kenn Road, gave the girl marijuana then had sexual intercourse with her two times.
He is scheduled to appear in court for arraignment at 9 a.m.
Anderson Township man guilty of molesting 2 young girls to be sentenced
CINCINNATI -- A 72-year-old Anderson Township man who pleaded guilty to sexually abusing two young girls is scheduled to appear in a Hamilton County courtroom Thursday for sentencing.
Charles R. Martin was charged with rape and gross sexual imposition after investigators say he raped two 8-year-olds.
The victims told their parents and workers at Children's Hospital Medical Center of the sexual abuse they say took place on Dec. 15, 2013, at a home in the 1600 block of Tonopah Drive, according to court documents.
Both girls were interviewed at the Mayerson Center for Safe and Healthy Children and said Martin showed them pornographic movies and repeatedly asked them to touch him in inappropriate areas.
Martin admitted he "molested" the victims to his sister and brother and admitted to the accusations when he was confronted by both sets of the girls parents.
A search warrant was issued and investigators found five pornographic DVDs, personal massagers, a small pink vibrating sex toy and they confiscated a few more items, according to court documents.
He was later charged with disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.
Though he first entered a plea of not guilty to all charges, he later pleaded guilty to two charges of gross sexual imposition.
All other charges were then dropped.
He is expected to appear in court at 9 a.m.
