HARRISON, Ohio -- A 4-week-old baby died Saturday after her father shook her until her brain bled, court documents say.
Hamilton County documents indicate Tyler B. Davis, 21, stands charged with murder for “violently” shaking his daughter Thursday.
The baby’s mother called 911 and told a dispatcher that she was “twitching, pale,” breathing shallowly and not responding to interaction.
Davis was arrested Friday, and he is scheduled to be arraigned Monday. He had previously been charged with felonious assault.
