2 teenagers charged with murder, robbery in Westwood shooting

CINCINNATI -- Two teenagers have been charged with aggravated murder and aggravated robbery after police arrested them Wednesday in connection with a Westwood shooting last month.

Max Anderson, 19, and a 17-year-old boy were arrested by the Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit with the assistance of the Fugitive Apprehension Squad for the death of 43-year-old Alexander Chatman Sr.

Police say Chatman was shot and killed at 12:02 a.m. Sept. 22 near the intersection of Glenmore and Schwartze avenues in Westwood. He was dead upon police arrival.

Investigation by the Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit is ongoing.
