CINCINNATI - A 21-year-old man was arrested Wednesday in connection with a fatal shooting that took place in North Fairmount over Memorial Day weekend.
Cincinnati police have charged Charles Neal, 21, in the death of Quentin Snell, 21, who was found inside a Camaro located in the 3200 block of Bowling Green Court on May 25.
Neal, who also had multiple other warrants out for his arrest, is also being charged with drug trafficking.
Law enforcement officials initially responded to the scene of the shooting around 1 p.m. after receiving reports of man inside a wrecked vehicle in the North Fairmount neighborhood of Moosewood.
A second shooting victim was found a short time later at 3153 Moosewood Street, police report.
At his arraignment Thursday, Neal was issued a $1.4 million bond and formally charged with drug trafficking, murder, assault and aggravated menacing.
The identity and condition of the second shooting victim was not immediately known.
