Cincinnati has been having some cash flow problems as of late.

The city has a $26 million budget deficit, caused  in part by such things as a lack of income taxes and Mayor John Cranley's unexpected pay raise to first responders. City Manager Harry Black has submitted a budget that he said was a "millimeter" away from laying off city workers, and it's now up to City Council to figure out how to best negotiate Cincinnati's budget.

To keep layoffs and department cuts from happening in the future, here are some suggestions as to how they city could earn some extra dough.
