ANDERSON TWP, Ohio - An Anderson Township trustee was scheduled to be in court Tuesday to answer to accusations that he exposed himself to a woman in May , but submitted a written not guilty plea instead.
Kevin O'Brien, 55, was arrested Monday and charged with three counts of indecent exposure — all misdemeanor counts. O'Brien allegedly exposed himself to a woman on May 13 and she waited until June 8 to file the complaint.
Police arrested O'Brien, who has been a trustee for two years, at about 8:30 a.m. in the 7900 block of Hopper Road in Anderson Township, where he lives. He was taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center, where he spent Monday night.
Officials have not released any additional details at this time.
