A man is facing charges after police reportedly caught him in the act of stealing from a Price Hill church.
According to police, 41-year-old Anthony Richardson of Bond Hill broke into the Elberon United Methodist Church on
Elberon Avenue around 12:15 Wednesday morning.
Police say he tried to take a variety of items, including an overhead projector, dish soap and some shirts.
Police arrived on the scene just in time to catch him red-handed as he allegedly walked out the front door of the church loaded down with an armload of stolen items.
Richardson is now facing a felony charge of breaking and entering.
He was arraigned on Wednesday and will return to court later this month.
