WOW!! I am shocked to read how people jump to conclusions. This is why our society is the way it is. Jumping to conclusions and being so negative. Someone just lost a loved one and immediately we assume suicide. You know what they say about people who assume things? I am sure you can figure it out. My heart goes out to the family who has lost a loved one and it also goes out to those who think they know it all. Get a grip people.

What would make a person swerve suddenly..nearly missing a deer ?..or having a seizure..chest pain.??..not likely it was suicide..it would be too unpredictable to roll down your window and wait for the water to enter..wouldnt he of rolled down both windows and took off his seat belt?..in other reports there were Skid marks..not acceleration marks...it appppears to be a freak accident(medical/enviromental)..Bless him and his grieving friends and family....

Man you guys are sarcastic. Maybe by saying the tire tracks led right to the lake, that was their was of saying it may have been driven there on purpose. No skid marks or anything. I didn't find them reporting that as stupid at all. They were either elderly and disoriented or trying to end their life.

I'm with Naistewart, No one heard or saw anything? If this is where I think it is the complex has quite of few older residents. It could have been from a medical issue.

At least with the tire tracks we know it wasn't a flying car! Maybe the tracks were put there so we'd think it was driven in :) How did it really et to the pond? This could require further investigation!

Wow! Tire tracks leading to the water! YA THINK??!! How else did it get there? Did it levitate? Sometimes these folks really need to take a good look at these stories before they post them.

Interesting they "SAY" no identification was on the body. It's not difficult to get out of a vehicle and swim to the surface in such a shallow pond-however he may have been disoriented.I guess in time we'll hear the details.

I heard this from a credible source. They were spying on their spouse and they didn't want them to recognize the SUV, so the parked it in the lake and forgot to get out.
