The historic Crown Building, located across the street from Findlay Market on Elder Street, is a redevelopment project that is part of a new Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credit program. The owners plan to add a restaurant and rent out apartments.
State officials and local developers gathered Tuesday to celebrate the success of the Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credit program and the hundreds of millions of dollars in development that it has helped spur locally.
