Tyson Foods is recalling more than 2.4 million pounds of breaded ready-to-eat chicken products because they could contain a known allergen.
According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Tyson says the products could contain milk, which isn't declared on the label.
The affected products are not available for purchase in retail stores. They were shipped for institutional use nationwide. According to Tyson’s records, schools have purchased products.
The chicken was produced and packaged on various dates from Aug. 17, 2016 through Jan.14, 2017.
