So you didn't get a seat to Cincinnati Reds Opening Day?  Not to worry.

For the same price as one Opening Day ticket, you can buy a lot of tickets...to later games.

The hottest deals for 2016 include:

The Pick 6 Pack: You get 6 games plus an official Joey Votto Louisville Slugger bat, for a 28% discount over regular prices (package prices vary depending on seat locations, of course).CLICK HERE for details.

13 Game Plans, starting at $156.  It's essentially a "mini season ticket."CLICK HERE for details.

ArtsWave April Discount Tickets:  ArtsWave is offering seats to various April games at discount.  View Level seats are just $14 (instead of $18), and Field Level seats are just $23 (normally $36).  Plus, a donation goes to the arts. CLICK HERE for the ArtsWave deal.

Last Minute Deals

Also, thanks to downloadable tickets, you can now wait till 3 or 4 hours before any game to check StubHub and 333-SEAT.

The great thing about downloadable tickets is that you can wait until the last minute to buy and print your tickets, unlike years ago when you had to meet the buyer in person or have them shipped overnight.

Prices typically drop sharply in the hours before game time, and some fans report grabbing good seats for $15 or $20 on game day.

Bring Sandwiches and Water

Finally, to really lower your costs, you can bring in sandwiches and chips in clear plastic bags, in a small bag or backpack that security can check.

You can also bring in bottled water, as long as it is unopened.

So if money is tight, don't worry about missing Opening Day.

stead, come down the next few weeks when tickets are cheap, and seats are plentiful.

And that way you don't waste your money.
