Blue Koi, opening on Friday in Crestview Hills Town Center, focuses on create-your-own sushi and wraps, headed up by Josh Iles, formerly of Mixx Ultra Lounge. I got to try some of the sushi for lunch when their marketing person, who is a friend, brought some by.

WCPO Insiders can read what really stood out about Blue Koi's sampler. Let's just say Julie had nothing to crab about!
