Miller Haus' chef, Lee Ann Miller, shows us how to make nutty granola.

Nutty Granola Recipe:
15 c. rolled oats
2 c. coconut, sweetened
1 c. pumpkin seeds, roasted & salted
1 c. almonds, blanched & slivered
1 c. whole cashews, roasted & salted
1 c. sliced almonds, raw
1 c. whole almonds, raw
2 c. pecan pieces, roasted and salted
½ c. butter
¾ c. canola oil
3-1/4 c. maple syrup
½ c. honey
1 t. vanilla
½ t. kosher salt
1 c. water
Mix first 8 ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Heat remaining ingredients just until boiling point and pour over oatmeal & nut mixture. Allow mixture to set for 30 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes. Pour onto 2 half sheet baking sheets. Bake at 250 for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Cool and store in airtight containers. Perfect served as cereal or a yogurt and fruit parfait!
