There is something about the Bar at the Palm Court--the Art Deco architecture, the jazz trio, the friendly bartenders--that makes me feel very grown up. 

It's one of my favorite places in town to grab a cocktail and a bite to eat. It's actually where I (along with friends) celebrated Opening Day this year, and it's always fun to go on a Saturday night, where you'll invariably see multiple wedding parties celebrating after receptions.

The food comes from Todd Kelly's exemplary kitchen. That means the same chefs that create multi-course tasting menus also create really interesting, sophisticated and reasonably priced bar food.
