In the leadup to Restaurant Week in downtown Cincinnati, we had conversations with star Cincinnati chefs Steven Geddes of Local 127, Todd Kelly of Orchid’s at Palm Court and the infamous Jimmy Gibson of his namesake Jimmy G’s to discuss their takes on American cuisine today and how it plays out on their menus.

Restaurant Week runs Aug. 5-13 and features special pre-fixed menus from 29 downtown Cincinnati restaurants.
