CINCINNATI - Taste of Cincinnati 2017 will include nine new restaurants and five new food trucks among the 52 vendors at the nation’s longest running culinary arts festival, organizers announced Wednesday.
The Memorial Day weekend event will feature 34 restaurants and 18 food trucks - an increase of three food trucks from 2016 and double the number in 2015.
Some of the new additions are Tickle Pickle, Joella's Hot Chicken and Mazunte.

More than 250 menu items will be available, ranging from casual fare to fine dining.
“We’re proud, to once again, bring new concepts to Taste of Cincinnati, while still incorporating your longtime favorites,” Taste of Cincinnati director Cythia Oxley said in a release.
Taste of Cincinnati will be held May 27-29 on Fifth Street from Main to Sentinel Street and beyond to the ramps of I-71 and Columbia Parkway. The event will open at 11 a.m., all three days. More than 60 bands and entertainers will perform throughout the weekend on four stages.
Taste of Cincinnati 2016 enjoyed a record-tying crowd of more than 550,000.
Taste of Cincinnati started in 1979.
