Shortly after hitting the shelves, Walmart's "Naughty Leopard" girl's costume is being removed due to controversy concerning its name.
According to ABC World News, Walmart pulled the child's costume after customers complained about its suggestive name.
"We are in the process of pulling the product off our shelves and we apologize to any customers that may have been offended by the name," Walmart spokeswoman Danit Marquardt told GoodMorningAmerica.com today.
The $20 costume for toddlers consisted of a short sleeved, knee-length dress with lace and sparkles as well as a cat ears headpiece.
By the next day, Wednesday, the same costume found at a store in Eugene, Ore., rang up as “item not for sale,” when a news reporter attempted to purchase it.
