3. Discover Shillito's

Cincinnati’s Shillito’s was once one of the largest and grandest department stories in America, and now the 19th-century building is open for an evening of spooky lost-in-time tours, which take place as a fundraising effort for Miketoberfest.

This one-night-only event on Friday takes you beneath the historic department store for a walk through Shillito’s showrooms, Santaland and former cafeteria.

Tours leave every 10 minutes from the building downtown, now home to Landor Associates.

4. Malice Ball is calling your name

Relive the dark, gothic feel of historic masquerade balls as you descend into a frightful underworld of Christian Moerlein’s decorated brewery for The Malice Ball: OTR Brewer’s Masquerade.

MUJO Studios will provide traditional masquerade masks and bartenders from Bakersfield and Japp’s will serve your favorite drinks.

6. Join in the Pawrade

Make sure your favorite four-legged friend is dressed to impress and head down to MainStrasse Village for its 12th annual dog parade, this year themed “Dancing with the Dogs”.

7. Be Cool in Washington Park

Washington Park transforms into style underground for a night of fashion and music during Rise of the Cool Kids, a roundtable of local creative and retailers who come together to curate a unique digitally projected fashion show.
