CINCINNATI -- From the rain to the heat, crowds sat through it all to enjoy Cincinnati's inaugural three-day country music festival, Buckle Up.
The Ohio Riverfront lit up with performances by Willie Nelson, Alison Krauss, The Band Perry and Alabama.
Rain throughout most of the scheduled performances Friday drew some away, and crowds who came down to Sawyer Point and Yeatman's Cove on Sunday had to deal with some humid, hot temperatures.
Those who ventured out into the Saturday overcast, but mostly dry, weather, received an extra treat of getting to see Miranda Lambert perform with Nelson on stage.
Lambert was in concert with Jason Aldean next door at Great American Ball Park during the second night of Buckle Up and was not scheduled to play at the festival.
WCPO photojournalists Emily Maxwell and Taylor Mirfendereski captured images from the crowds and performances. You can view those here.
