CINCINNATI -- Jungle Jim’s is set to live up to its international moniker with a beerfest that will bring beers from around the world to the Tri-State.
The ninth iteration of the event will happen on June 13 and 14 at market’s Oscar Event Center.
Organizers said patrons will get to sample more than 350 varieties of craft beer from more than 100 local and international brewers.
Jungle Jim’s said that in addition to the well-known brews, many of the brewers will be brining obscure and high-rated varieties they’re calling “Bonus Brews” for the event. The Bonus Brews will feature unique recipes, small batch and rare brews.
“We’re excited to have such a wide range of beers to offer our guests. Some of these will only be available for the festival, so you won’t want to miss it,” beer and wine manager Ed Vinson said in a release.
There will also be a picnic-style BBQ meal provided with tickets.
Fans will also have a chance to get their hands on craft beer paraphernalia from their favorites brewers during a charity auction.
The festival runs 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. on June 13 and 14 at the Oscar Event Center at 5440 Dixie Highway in Fairfield.
Tickets cost $45 for drinkers and $15 for non-drinkers.
